Charles Edington has been an active member of the mortgage and home improvement lending community since 2002.  He is a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS # 272063) with Primary Residential Mortgage and National Account Manager with Loanstar Technologies. After decades of mortgage origination, funding thousands of loans, Charles has specialized his business towards ADU construction, remodels, and home improvement.  Charles gained his ADU Specialist designation in 2022 from the ADU Academy and is now an instructor for the Academy. Charles is also a member of the Tiny Homes Industry Association and is the Financial Expert for the “How to ADU” Facebook community which has grown to over 114,000 members.
